Description
DIAMAX DP facing cutters HSK 32R, HOLZ-HER, AirStream-System equip HOLZ-HER throughfeed machines with unit FG701. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the chip-free, noise-free facing of paper-coated, HPL-coated, melamine-faced and laminated panels. Design details given by the manufacturer: with the patented AirStream system, symmetrical version, 35° axial angle and integrated balancing screws. Benefits claimed in use: optimal edge bonding, a substantial improvement in noise and output thanks to the AirStream system, a substantially higher chip capture rate thanks to the AirStream system, and longer tool life thanks to reduced double hogging and optimal concentricity.
