Description

DIAMAX DP shank cutter LEUCO, Z=1 is designed for use on CNC machines, is not suited to crosscutting or to producing deep grooves and suits light work only. Its field of application covers facing without recutting marks in solid wood and wood-based materials. Stated design features: polished tooth face and clearance face, with a carbide drilling edge for angled plunging (using the Z and X axes at the same time), without axial angle and sharpening zone 0.8 mm. Claimed strengths: for machining MDF and solid wood intended to be lacquered directly, and a continuous cut avoids recutting marks. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 8 mm, shank from 8 to 12 mm, overall length of 65 mm and 1 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
