Description

DIAMAX edge chamfering cutters CM DP LEUCO, HOLZ-HER FF701 are aimed at HOLZ-HER edge banding machines, unit FF701 (FF501 / 1833). The tool is used for chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle, polished tooth face and polished clearance face, sharpening zone 3.5 mm and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: chip capture optimised (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated, and lower extraction power. The range comes in 2 versions: outside diameter of 72.5 mm, bore of 20 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: constant basic diameters a and D1 and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
