Description

DIAMAX high-performance DP edge rounding cutters for machining centres are aimed at Homag machining centres. The tool is used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: polished rake face, optimal clearance face, with axial angle and a very high level of balancing. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality thanks to very good balancing and a high number of teeth, and scraping can be dispensed with. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter of 59 mm, bore of 19 mm and 6 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: constant basic dimensions a and D1 and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
