Description
DIAMAX multi-profile edge flush trimming cutters DP, Altendorf equip Altendorf (EBM/Hebrock) edge banding machines with 2-profile technology. Applications intended by the manufacturer: rounding over the edgings to be applied in softwoods, hardwoods, veneer and plastic. Design details given by the manufacturer: polished tooth face and clearance face and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: excellent cutting quality thanks to high concentricity accuracy and vibration-free rotation of the tool, and the possibility of combining 2 different profiles in one tool. The article group brings together 4 versions: outside diameter of 56 mm, bore of 16 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: no sharpening provided for and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
