DIAMAX multi-profile edge rounding cutters CM DP HSK 25R LEUCO are designed for use on Homag (Brandt) edge banding machines with 2-profile technology and the MS 40 machine group. Their field of application covers rounding edge bands in softwood, hardwood, veneer and plastic. Stated design features: with axial angle, polished rake face, optimal clearance and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: very long tool life compared with the HW version of the tool body, chip capture optimised (ChipMeister), no chip build-up in the machine, and no malfunctions caused by chips. The series comprises 20 versions: outside diameter of 74.67 mm, cutting width of 14 mm, overall length of 25.28 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
