DIAMAX rounding cutters CM DP HSK 25R LEUCO, flexClick, Homag are aimed at Homag edge banding machines for MF50, MF60 form routing aggregates. The tool is used to round over or chamfer MDF panels or edge bands in plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: double-profile tool, including adjusting mechanism, polished rake face, optimal clearance face and with axial angle. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: combination of 2 different profiles, easy profile change requiring no dismantling of the tool, excellent cutting quality thanks to high concentricity accuracy and vibration-free tool rotation, and optimised chip removal (ChipMeister). The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
