DIAMAX SmartJointer airFace DP facing tool bodies LEUCO are aimed at edge banding machines and are intended for flag-type facing with a reduced noise level on solid wood panels and coated or uncoated wood-based materials, with particular emphasis on reducing the noise level and the imbalance. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: an aluminium tool body in the airFace version and interchangeable DP knives with a stainless steel body. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: a further noise reduction of up to -3 dB (A) thanks to the airFace design, and reduced power consumption thanks to a lightweight version with an aluminium body. The range comes in 72 versions: outside diameter from 60 to 150 mm, bore from 20 to 30 mm, cutting width from 32.5 to 106 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 4.
