DIAREX DP crosscut saw blades for non-ferrous metals LEUCO are designed for use on mitre saws and crosscut saws. Their field of application covers crosscutting and mitre cuts in aluminium profiles. Stated design features: neutral rake angle and tooth form: triple chip and flat “TR-F”. Claimed strengths: excellent cutting without burrs and with low roughness thanks to the laser cut-outs and the special pitches. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter from 275 to 550 mm, bore from 30 to 40 mm, cutting width from 3.4 to 4.2 mm and number of teeth from 60 to 120. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: the workpiece must be held securely.
