DIAREX DP crosscut saw blades for non-ferrous, Saw blades are intended for mitre saws and crosscut saws. They are used for crosscutting solid aluminium profiles. What the LEUCO design provides: neutral rake angle and tooth form: trapezoidal-flat with chamfer “TR-F-FA”. What the manufacturer highlights: an excellent cut free of burrs and with a low roughness thanks to the laser cut-outs and the special pitches. This range covers 3 versions: outside diameter from 500 to 550 mm, bore from 30 to 50 mm, cutting width from 4 to 4.4 mm and number of teeth from 90 to 96. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: the workpiece must be held securely.
