Description
DP CM edge flush trimming cutters DIAMAX, Flush trimming cutters are aimed at SCM-Stefani edge banding machines with the ED system. The tool is used for facing and flush trimming edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The range comes in 2 versions: outside diameter of 75 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width of 30 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
