Applications intended by the manufacturer: chip-free drilling in raw, laminated and veneered wood-based materials and in composite materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: a special cutting geometry, 2 DP scribers, double-chamfer positioning, flute without land and DP cut. Benefits claimed in use: long tool life in extremely abrasive materials, and chip-free drilling thanks to a special cutting geometry. The article group brings together 6 versions: drilling diameter from 8 to 10 mm, shank of 10 mm, overall length from 57.5 to 70 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: adjusting screw Ident-No. 001600 M5x10 DIN 551 for precise length setting included in delivery, adjusting screw Ident-No. 186017 M5x11.5 for the Weeke quick-change drill chuck is to be ordered separately, and clamping: Kombi system chuck, quick-change chuck.
