Description
DP edge chamfering cutters DIAMAX HSK 32R LEUCO, Homag equip Homag edge banding machines with units FK 01, FK 02 and FK 03. Applications intended by the manufacturer: chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: polished tooth face, polished clearance face, with axial angle and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The article group brings together 6 versions: outside diameter from 64.9 to 71.5 mm, cutting width of 6 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: constant basic dimensions a and D1 and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
