Description
DP edge chamfering cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, HOLZ-HER 1827 equip HOLZ-HER edge banding machines, unit 1827. Applications intended by the manufacturer: chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: airStream-System, with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: the AirStream-System raises the chip capture rate substantially, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated, and lower extraction power.
