Description
DP edge chamfering cutters HSK 25R LEUCO, Homag, IMA are designed for use on Homag and IMA edge banding machines. Their field of application covers chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: polished tooth face, polished clearance face, resharpenable and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: excellent cutting quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 75 mm, cutting width of 8 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
