DP edge flush trim cutters DIAMAX, Homag (Brandt), Biesse are intended for edge banding machines and Biesse Akron 400 RS 502. They are used for facing and flush trimming edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: polished tooth face and clearance face, reduced sharpening zone 2.0 mm, without axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. This range covers 2 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width of 10 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
