DP edge flush trim cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, Homag (Brandt), IMA are aimed at edge banding machines. The tool is used for facing and flush trimming edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: polished tooth face and clearance face, reduced sharpening zone, without axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The range comes in 6 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, bore of 20 mm, cutting width of 10 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
