DP edge flush trim cutters HSK 25R LEUCO, Homag, IMA are intended for HOMAG edge banding machines, type FF, and IMA finish milling. They are used for flush trimming and chamfering edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: polished tooth face and clearance face and with axial angle. What the manufacturer highlights: high concentricity precision, chip extraction optimised by an extraction system integrated into the tool, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips and malfunctions caused by chips eliminated. This range covers 10 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, cutting width from 8 to 15 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 8. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: Z = 4 for feeds of 20 to 30 m/min, Z = 6 for feeds of 30 to 45 m/min and Z = 8 for feeds of 45 to 60 m/min.
