Design details given by the manufacturer: polished tooth face and clearance face, with axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: excellent cutting quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation, and a low purchase cost thanks to large-series production. The article group brings together 8 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, cutting width from 8 to 15 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 6. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: not resharpenable, in order to keep the same base diameter, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
