Description
DP edge rounding cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, Biesse Ergho, Akron are intended for Biesse Ergho/Akron 200/800 - CR 200/CR 202 edge banding machines. They are used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: with axial angle, reduced sharpening zone and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. This range covers 6 versions: outside diameter of 68 mm, bore of 16 mm and 6 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: constant basic diameters a and D1 and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
