Description

DP edge rounding cutters DIAMAX LEUCO - HOLZ-HER 1827 are aimed at HOLZ-HER edge banding machines with unit 1827. The tool is used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: airStream-System, with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: chip capture rate considerably increased thanks to the airStream-System, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter from 56 to 57 mm, bore of 20 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
