Description

DP edge rounding cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, HOLZ-HER FR701 are aimed at HOLZ-HER edge banding machines with the FR701 aggregate. The tool is used to round over and flush trim edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, airStream-System and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: the chip capture rate is substantially increased thanks to the AirStream-System, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter from 70.9 to 72.7 mm, bore of 16 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
