Description
DP edge rounding cutters DIAMAX LEUCO - Ott HFR 06.2 equip Ott HFR 06.2 edge banding machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: rounding and flush trimming edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: polished tooth face and clearance face, without axial angle and max. speed = 23,800 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: optimal cut quality. The article group brings together 2 versions: outside diameter of 80 mm, bore of 16 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: constant basic dimensions a and D1 and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
