Description

DP edge rounding cutters LEUCO, SCM-IDM Round/K are intended for SCM-IDM edge banding machines with the ED system and the Round/K unit. They are used for rounding edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: with axial angle, max. speed = 24,000 rpm and polished tooth face and polished clearance face. What the manufacturer highlights: chip capture optimised, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated, and lower extraction power. This range covers 8 versions: outside diameter from 55.3 to 55.7 mm, bore of 16 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
