DP edge trimming and chamfering cutters HSK 32R LEUCO, Homag finds its place on Homag edgebanders / FK type unit. Its field of use covers chamfering edging in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Construction features stated: a polished tooth face, optimal clearance, and an axial angle. Stated strong points: excellent cut quality from high concentricity and vibration-free running, chip removal optimised by an extraction system built into the tool, the machine no longer clogged with chips, and chip-related stoppages eliminated. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter from 65,1 to 70 mm and from 4 to 6 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: constant base dimensions a and D1, note: machines must be equipped or modified to take these tools, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
