DP end-trim saw blade, alternate top bevel without milling “HR” LEUCO is aimed at edge banding machines. The tool is used for cutting and trimming flush veneer or laminate edges or solid wood edge bands. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: chip clearance reduced to a minimum, a special cutting geometry, tooth form: hollow-back “HR” and cutting material: DP. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: barely perceptible noise, very high productivity thanks to the extremely long tool life given by the DP teeth, and reduced cutting force thanks to the hollow-back tooth form. The range comes in 16 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 200 mm, bore from 16 to 40 mm, cutting width of 2.5 mm and number of teeth from 20 to 64. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
