Description

DP facing cutters DIAMAX airFace LEUCO are designed for use on throughfeed machines and edge banding machines. Stated design features: a steel tool body in the airFace version and integrated balancing screws. Claimed strengths: a further noise reduction of up to -1 dB(A) thanks to the airFace design and a reduced chip volume compared with the LowNoise version, and good tool life and cut quality thanks to a pronounced axial angle. The series comprises 57 versions: outside diameter from 60 to 150 mm, bore from 25 to 30 mm, cutting width from 29 to 64.5 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 4.
