DP facing cutters DIAREX airFace LEUCO, Fibonacci equip throughfeed machines and edge banding machines. Design details given by the manufacturer: a patented arrangement of the cuts based on the Fibonacci principle and a steel tool body in the airFace version. Benefits claimed in use: a unique, optimal arrangement of the cuts with no overcut, a further noise reduction of up to -2 dB(A) thanks to the airFace design, and a reduced chip volume compared with the LowNoise version. The article group brings together 9 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 125 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 37.5 to 62.4 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
