DP facing / rebating cutters DIAMAX LEUCO

Description

DP facing / rebating cutters DIAMAX LEUCO are intended for spindle moulders and Homag machines. They are used for the chip-free facing and rebating of melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: swept axial angle and sharpening zone 1.5 mm. This range covers 3 versions: outside diameter of 125 mm, bore from 30 to 50 mm, cutting width from 25 to 43 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: use against the feed and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
