Description

DP high-performance rounding shank cutter LEUCO is designed for use on CNC machines and intended especially for working composites (e.g. Trespa®, Corian®, Varicor®, LG-HiMacs, etc.). Its field of application covers the rounded profile in panel, solid wood and plastics and panel thicknesses up to 14 mm. Stated design features: high-performance tool for finish routing, Z=3, with alternating axial angle, without plunge cut and polished tooth face. The series comprises 1 version: outside diameter of 22.3 mm, shank of 16 mm, overall length of 75 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: mounting: ps-System, TRIBOS, collet chuck and with thread for pre-setting screw.
