DP hinge cutter LEUCO, door machining is designed for use on CNC machining centres. Its field of application covers the routing of hinge recesses. Claimed strengths: optimised chip clearance. The series comprises 4 versions: outside diameter from 14 to 16 mm, shank of 16 mm, overall length of 105 mm and 1 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). The group covers right-hand and left-hand rotation. Maximum rotation speed of 24000 rpm. LEUCO designs and manufactures cutting tools for processing solid wood, panels and wood-based materials.
