Description
DP multi-purpose facing shank cutter LEUCO is designed for use on CNC machines. Its field of application covers facing, sizing and routing cut-outs without recutting marks, above all in compact panels (e.g. Trespa®, Corian®, Varicor®, LG-HiMacs, etc.) and fibre cement panels. Stated design features: a special polycrystalline diamond grade in the Topline design and with alternating axial angle and a DP drilling edge. Claimed strengths: a flexible multi-function tool, vertical drilling, routing of hole diameters >Ø16 mm and cut-outs of your choice, and the profiling of 60° grooves with R=3 mm. The series comprises 1 version: outside diameter of 16 mm, shank of 20 mm, overall length of 95 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
