DP Nesting shank cutters LEUCO, Fibonacci are intended for CNC machines. They are used for panel sizing in the Nesting process and for facing, rebating and grooving in solid wood and wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: with DP drilling cut and face cut for angled plunging. What the manufacturer highlights: the natural Fibonacci arrangement of the cuts keeps vibration to a minimum, and the tools need up to 15 % less power than other tools with the same number of teeth. This range covers 9 versions: outside diameter from 12 to 16 mm, shank from 12 to 16 mm, overall length from 75 to 80 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 4. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: clamping: very precise clamping systems are recommended (e.g. TRIBOS, ps-System) and with a thread for a pre-setting screw.
