DP panel sizing saw blades LEUCO, U-Cut “TR-F-FA” are designed for use on horizontal panel saws. Their field of application covers the cutting and sizing of raw and laminated wood-based materials. Stated design features: very sturdy design for universal use, tooth form: triple chip and flat with chamfer “TR-F-FA” and cutting material: DP. Claimed strengths: a larger tip angle provides better resistance to breakage at the tooth. The series comprises 12 versions: outside diameter from 300 to 460 mm, bore from 30 to 75 mm, cutting width from 3.2 to 4.8 mm and number of teeth from 72 to 84. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
