DP postforming trimming tool bodies HSK 25R LEUCO, Homag are aimed at Homag postforming machines. The tool is used for finishing radii in the postforming process. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: cut without bevel, symmetrical tooth profile for all radii and max. speed = 9,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The range comes in 6 versions: outside diameter of 125 mm, cutting width from 0.5 to 1.2 mm, overall length of 26 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
