Description

DP PowerTec 5 airFacer hoggers for s-System LEUCO Ø 160 mm (DZ) equips double-end tenoners. Uses foreseen by the manufacturer: sizing raw, melamine-faced, paper, HPL and plastic-film coated and veneered wood-based panels without breakout and at a reduced noise level, with the emphasis on edge life and cost-effectiveness. Execution details noted by the manufacturer: the LEUCO airFace design: with vibration reduction and aerodynamics, and polished teeth for optimal cut quality. Benefits stated in use: very long edge life from an optimised tooth form, and a lower noise level both idling and cutting thanks to the airFace design. The range comes in 24 versions: outside diameter of 250 mm, bore from 60 to 80 mm, cutting width from 10 to 14,5 mm and from 16 to 36 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: suited to double hogging (DZ), and use with the feed.
