DP raised panel cutters HSK 25R Postforming for flush profiles are intended for Homag postforming machines. They are used for surfacing melamine-faced, paper-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials throughout the postforming process. What the LEUCO design provides: sharpening zone 3.5 mm, Z = 9 or Z = 12 on the flank, axial angle and a strongly split cut, and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: excellent cut quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation, and the elimination of scoring. This range covers 4 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, cutting width of 25 mm and number of teeth from 9 to 12. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
