Description

DP roughing and finishing shank cutter LEUCO, Z=2+2 is aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for sizing to roughing quality with chip-free cutting edges on both sides in solid wood and plywood, laminated wood materials and laminate-faced wood materials, and for trimming and milling circular cut-outs. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with a reinforced tool body, with alternating axial angle, with DP drilling cut and a face cut for angled plunging. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: for use on contours with small inside radii, chip-free edges on both sides, and reduced cutting force. The range comes in 3 versions: outside diameter of 12 mm, shank of 16 mm, overall length from 65 to 75 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
