Description

DP roughing and finishing shank cutter LEUCO, Z=4 (2+2) equips CNC machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: sizing in roughing quality with chip-free cutting edges on both sides in solid wood and plywood, in laminated wood materials and in stratified wood materials, and trimming and milling circular cut-outs. Design details given by the manufacturer: with alternating axial angle and with diamond drilling cut. The article group brings together 3 versions: outside diameter from 16 to 18 mm, shank from 16 to 20 mm, overall length from 85 to 100 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: the machined edge may show unevenness, and clamping system: tools are best used in ultra-precise chucks such as “ps-System” hydraulic expansion chucks, TRIBOS or shrink-fit chucks.
