Description

DP single-sided bevel saw blades for the TwinTec hogger LEUCO are intended for double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. They are used for the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: tooth form: single-sided bevel with chamfer and axial angle “ES-FA”, max. speed = 7,200 rpm, regrinding capacity 4 mm with flank grinding possible, and a blade with regular pitch. What the manufacturer highlights: reduced setting time thanks to long tool life. This range covers 13 versions: outside diameter of 220 mm, bore of 80 mm, cutting width of 4 mm and number of teeth from 24 to 60. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: use with the feed, suited to scoring/hogging (RZ) and to double hogging (DZ), and to be mounted on the LEUCO TwinTec hogger.
