DP sizing saw blades for segmented hoggers

Description

DP sizing saw blades for segmented hoggers are intended for double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. They are used for the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: tooth form: single-sided bevel with chamfer and axial angle “ES-FA”, blade with regular pitch, max. speed = 9,000 rpm for Ø 200 mm and max. speed = 7,200 rpm for Ø 250 mm. This range covers 48 versions: outside diameter from 200 to 250 mm, bore from 80 to 100 mm, cutting width of 4 mm and number of teeth from 24 to 72. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: use against the feed, suitable for scoring/hogging (RZ) and double hogging (DZ), and to be mounted on the LEUCO segmented hogger: Ø 80 with standard sleeve / Ø 100 with LEUCO s-System.
