DP sizing saw blades “G5” LEUCO are designed for use on table saws and vertical panel saws. Their field of application covers chip-free cuts, in sizing as well as crosscutting, and mitre cuts in wood-based materials and synthetic materials (e.g. plastic profiles). Stated design features: sharpening zone 3.5 mm and tooth form: G5. Claimed strengths: excellent cut quality across the grain, fine, high-quality cuts thanks to a particular tooth geometry, extremely long tool life, and laser cutting to reduce the noise level. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter from 303 to 350 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width of 3.2 mm and 100 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: observe the maximum rotation speed (nmax)!!!.
