DP sizing saw blades “HR”, nn-System DP flex are intended for sliding table and table saws and vertical panel saws. They are used for accurate cuts in all the usual panels such as coated and uncoated panels, MDF, plywood, HDF, WPC, fibre cement, mineral-bonded panels, alucobond… and for ripping and crosscutting solid wood, cross-laminated and glued laminated timber. What the LEUCO design provides: 2 regrinds max and chip clearance reduced to a minimum — LEUCO patent. This range covers 9 versions: outside diameter from 225 to 350 mm, bore from 15.875 to 30 mm, cutting width of 2.5 mm and number of teeth from 44 to 95. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: not to be recommended for ripping in softwoods and thicknesses > 40mm, and a chip-free cut can only be guaranteed in combination with a matching scorer.
