DP V-grooving cutter for aluminium composite materials LEUCO is intended for CNC machines. It is used for milling V-grooves in aluminium composite materials (Alucobond, Dibond and so on). What the LEUCO design provides: cutting material: DP, topline design and sharpening zone 2 mm. What the manufacturer highlights: extremely long tool life, particularly in composite panels with a mineral core, and optimal cut quality thanks to the polished tooth faces and the splitting of the cut. This range covers 2 versions: outside diameter from 18 to 32 mm, shank of 12 mm, overall length of 60 mm and 1 tooth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: clamping system: ideally in precision clamping systems such as the “ps-System”, TRIBOS or shrink-fit chucks.
