Glued laminated panels (3-ply / single-layer)
Description
Solid oak panels are made from square-edged boards whose width is built up by edge gluing, the length and thickness remaining solid. Made to order from square-edged boards dried to 10-12 % moisture content, they come from French logs, mostly PEFC certified, sawn into boards, air-dried under cover then kiln-dried. They are solid-piled on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets identified by a barcode label. Available from 300 to 4500 mm long and 200 to 1200 mm wide to order, they are guaranteed free of end splits and meet the European grading standard, from QF1a to QF3. One grade per face is possible as an option, as are sanding and ends trimmed square. These panels are intended for making kitchens, furniture, stair treads and staircase strings. The minimum volume is 50 pieces per size.
