ELVEDI mobile racking on mobile bases

Description

ELVEDI mobile racking answers a shortage of space by doing away with fixed aisles: the bays, mounted on mobile bases guided in the floor, move so that only one access aisle is open at a time. This compaction allows storage capacity to be increased substantially, up to doubling the use of the available area within the same footprint. Depending on the load to be carried, ELVEDI offers different drive and guidance systems matched to the weight and to the frequency of access. The principle applies to pallet racking as well as to shelf racking installed on mobile bases, for storage of several hundred kilos per level. Safe and versatile, this system optimises warehouses where every square metre counts and where density matters more than simultaneous access.
