Engineered plywood Ozigo Base-ply 1
Plywood

Description

Ozigo Base-ply is an all-ozigo (Dacryodes buettneri) plywood offered as a substitute for birch for engineered products. Its construction is consistent — each ply is 1.5 mm — and its faces are graded BB/BB (III/III) according to EN 635-2. For engineered flooring and engineered wall systems, Rougier states a thickness tolerance of ± 0.3 mm, valid only for thicknesses of 9, 12 and 15 mm. The panel is calibrated, sanded on both faces and bonded with class 3 phenolic adhesive; it has a density of 675 kg/m³ ± 10% and is certified NF Extérieur CTB-X by FCBA. Other indicated outlets: furniture frame and packaging. Three sizes are produced, including a square 1525 × 1525 mm. CE2+ structural use reserved for panels of at least 9 mm. The FSC 100% certificate is provided on request.
