Description

The best-selling machine in the PG range, the PG-ATC is a heavy, rigid gantry machining centre designed for workshops looking for both speed and accuracy. Its considerable weight allows feed rates of 80 m/min in rapid travel and 40 m/min in machining without vibration. It handles solid timber, panel products, plastics and composites, as well as non-ferrous metals under certain conditions. The height under the spindle reaches 300 mm as standard and can be taken up to 1000 mm: this Z travel opens the way to edge machining on workpieces clamped high, to the use of machining or sawing aggregates and to the fitting of a Swing head. The in-line tool magazine holds six tools from 1 to 20 mm, extendable to twenty-four. Control relies on a Polish-made controller paired with a Windows computer station. The machine is produced in Poland and powered by 380 V three-phase.
