EuroCNC PG-AUTO nesting CNC machining centre with automatic loading

Description

The PG-AUTO is a panel machining centre designed to run with a single operator. The pallet of panels is placed at the rear of the machine, whose loading aid then feeds and positions them automatically on the table. Automatic unloading and cleaning are offered as options, as are the unloading conveyor, the labeller, the machining and drilling aggregates and the laser safety barrier. The machine combines a welded steel frame surfaced under five-axis CNC control, a helical rack-and-pinion drive with Japanese gearboxes, prismatic linear guides and a hybrid PVC vacuum table served by Busch or Becker vacuum pumps. It is fitted as standard with a six-tool changer, a drilling head and a chip extraction system. It is operated from an industrial computer with an LCD screen and a wireless keyboard.
