EuroCNC PG-S gantry CNC machining centre

Description

The PG-S is a three-axis gantry machining centre designed for the wood workshop: panel products such as chipboard, MDF or OSB, solid timber, but also plastics, composites and non-ferrous metals, the latter remaining subject to conditions. The machine is produced entirely in Poland to national and European standards. Its design relies on rigidity: a welded steel frame surfaced under CNC control, anti-vibration systems built into the gantry cross members, prismatic linear guides and a helical rack-and-pinion drive. The T-slotted aluminium table clamps the workpieces, with a vacuum table offered as an alternative. Tool changing is manual as standard; an automatic in-line changer for six tools or more remains available as an option, as do the Windows-based controller, the Swing head and the 90 to 360 degree aggregates. Eight table formats are listed, from 1000 × 1200 to 2100 × 5100 mm, with a Z height of 200 mm extendable to 400 mm.
